1 month!

I can't believe my baby is already a month old! Life seems to be flying by these days. It's crazy! 

Hazel has been a great baby so far. All she really does is sleep, eat and poop. Haha 

She eats every 2 hours and LOVES to eat. 

She's still sleeping almost all day. She sleeps about 4 hours at night then goes back to sleep for 3 more hours. A couple times she sleeps great and then other nights she is up for 3 hours and I am grouchy. Not a pretty sight. ;) haha 

Unlike her brother she is starting to love bathtime! She just needs a warm washcloth on her. :) 

She hates her carseat. When she realizes she's in there she freaks out. But then she falls asleep. :) 

So far she's been great and we love her! 

Hazel Lynn Romrell :) Birth story

Well guys! She's finally here! It's been a week already! It's so weird how time flies. As much as I love that she's finally here that just means she's gonna get bigger and bigger. I just want her to stay tiny forever! Well she can grow a little more so I don't feel like I'm gonna break her but when she gets bigger, she's forbidden to grow more. :) Since I had a c section, I don't have much of a birth story like I did with Max but I will try to tell the whole story. I just won't go into TOO much detail. ;) haha 

So Tuesday during the day, I felt my tummy harden and then go soft again, I just thought it was her moving into weird positions or something. It kept doing it and it started to hurt, but I still didn't think anything of it. We dropped Max off to my parents and I told my mom that my tummy kept getting hard and she's like well are you sure its not contractions? I was like well I guess but that's not how I was feeling with Max so I didn't know! haha but they went away while I was in bed (at least I didn't feel them anymore) I slept as well as I could, and woke up at 5:40 and got ready! We left for the hospital at 6:05 (Yes I was paying attention. ;) haha) and then got to the hospital and signed in and got all hooked up and the hardening of my tummy came back and they told me they were indeed contractions! I was shocked since they were SO different from what I felt with Max. They were 5 minutes apart! It was very exciting. haha a few days before I wanted to experience labor again which is weird but it was a nice couple minutes. Even though they hurt. haha then we got into the room and I had the spinal put in and started to feel numb right away. It felt so weird. I couldn't move my legs and my belly was numb. Then, Daniel came in and the surgery started. It felt like a long time to get her out but it was less than 10 minutes. She was born at 8:09 AM and she wasn't breech anymore! Which was kind of exciting! She was only 5 pounds and 15 ounces! So tiny! I was surprised. I totally thought she was gonna be like 7 pounds. I am wondering since she was so tiny and she wasn't breech anymore and in the position to come on her own that I could probably have a vaginal delivery. Oh well. She's here so I guess it doesn't matter. :) We stayed in the hospital for 3 days. C sections are rough. It's hard to laugh and cough and basically do anything. haha but it's totally worth it. :) But I still wonder if I could do it vaginally. I guess I can ask Heavenly Father when I die. ;) haha but I did pray and I felt like having a c section was the right thing to do so I guess it was a good idea. :) It's okay. She is here and healthy and that's all that matters. :) I'm now a mom of 2! So crazy!

When he first met her he totally ignored her at first. He didn't really want to hold her. But he did want to feed her. haha 

 I love this. Maybe having a sister won't be so bad?

We love her already and can't wait to see how Max does with her. He's with Daniel's mom and dad in Eastern Idaho so I haven't gotten to see how 2 kids is yet. So we'll see! Hopefully he won't try to kill her. ;) 

38 weeks!

I'm 38 weeks today! You know what that means people?? She will be here in ONE WEEK!!! Holy cow. It's coming SO FAST! I can't believe it. I can't wait to meet her!

32 weeks

I'm 32 weeks now! Crazy! The doctors office also called me this morning and said my c section has been scheduled! She'll be here November 4th! We go in at 6:30 and it's scheduled for 8:00!!! I'm SO excited but now that I know the exact day she'll be here I'm kinda freaking out a little. I'm gonna have 2 kids SOON!! Ahhh crazy!

25 weeks! Fun questionare! :)

I can't believe I'm 25 weeks already! This pregnancy is flying by but not at the same time, since she will be here a week earlier than my due date she'll be here in 14 weeks!! So crazy. I've read all these questionares from other people and thought it would be fun, I wish I could have done it earlier on in the pregnancy. Oh well. I'll just start right now and do it every week! I think it'll be fun and start earlier next baby. ;)

How far along: 25 weeks

Total Weight Gain/Loss: I've already gained 21 pounds. With Max I gained 30 altogether so we'll see how it goes with this one.

Maternity clothes: yes. But sometimes I wear more of Daniel's shirts. :)

Stretch marks: getting there. :( they never really went away though since Max.

Sleep: I was sleeping good then I went camping and slept horrible. Don't ever go camping while pregnant. Since then I haven't slept well and I was getting grouchy. But I finally got some unisom and sleeping MUCH better thank goodness.

Best moment this week: feeling her more and more :)

Movement: most of the time she moves a ton. There are a few hours in the day that she is lazy and doesn't move as much and scares me. Haha

Food cravings: not really anything, but I really want to go to Wingers... Haha

Gender: GIRL!! :)

New Years Resolution update

It's July and the middle of the year so I thought I would update on my new years resolution! If you want to go back and read it Click here. I have been doing better about what people think and not think but it has been getting a little bad lately. Especially ever since I have posted I have been having another baby I have cared if people have liked and commented on my stuff. I don't know why I care so much about what other people think. I think it's because I don't like it if people are mean or don't like someone so I try super hard to post things that a lot of people like and you know what? That's just ridiculous. Lately, I just think "oh I like this picture I'm gonna post it just so people will like it!" That needs to change. I need to stop caring about what other people think and just think about what I think. It doesn't matter if other people like it it just matters if I like it. I do want to try to stop posting a lot and just post a few times instead of a billion times cuz I'm doing that... Haha but from now on to the end of the year I am going to post and stop worrying about what other people think. Sometimes I just feel like I don't have a lot of friends when I'm reality it doesn't matter about posting it just matters outside the fb and instagram and social media world. They are the ones that really matter. Anyways. That's my update for the middle of the year. Haha probably sounds a little childish but I really need to stop caring about what other people think and just worry about my family. :) Thanks for reading! :)

Happy Birthday Max!

Guys. My little tiny baby isn't a little tiny baby anymore. :( His 2nd birthday was yesterday (June 28) and we started celebrating the day before since his actual birthday was on a Sunday. I planned my very first birthday party and it was so stressful and overwhelming! But it turned out fabulous and so much fun! We had a Mickey Mouse birthday party theme! It turned out great and the stress and planning was totally worth it. 

I had planned 4 games but we did 2, but it was still so much fun! We did a bucket toss where there were 3 buckets. 10 points, 20 points and 30 points. You stood far back and tried to throw it in. With Max he just went right up to the bucket and threw it in. But that's okay. He's 2. haha 

Next game was Mickey Mouse Toilet Paper Bowling, Max LOVED this game. 

Then I planned to do a bean bag toss and coloring but everyone was hungry and wanted to eat. So that's what we did. :) 

After that we opened presents and had cake 

Like I said, the party went great and it was totally worth all the stressing and planning! :) 

I can't believe my baby is 2! He has learned so much and is talking a lot more and says a ton of words. Sometimes when I say something he repeats it. I have to be careful of what I say now. ;) haha he loves Mickey Mouse (Of course...) mommy and daddy, going outside, and loves to throw balls. I'm thinking he'll be a quarterback. :) We are still working on eating real food... Sometimes he just wants it to be mixed up. Kind of annoying but we are working on it. :) He is starting to like bathtime more which is awesome. He still takes 2 hour naps and sleeps 12 hours. 

Overall, he is the best thing ever and I am so lucky to be his mom. I can't wait to see him as a big brother. Speaking of. We find out what we are having tomorrow!! Eek! So excited!
